Olive Loves: Signs of Spring

Spring is here, and the hills are alive with the sound of music. No, I wasn’t at Coachella this past weekend…I wish I had been! Duty calls here in New York City, so I am singing and whistling while I work instead. To quote Julie Andrews, I am mixing business with pleasure and sharing “a few of my favorite things” with you.

Here’s what I am loving right now…

Pippi Polka Dot Clogs

These are the cutest shoes ever! Made in Sweden and sold online at acacialifestyle.com, these clogs have anatomically contoured footbeds, raised arches, and 2 ½” heels on 1” platforms. Did I mention the polka dots? (Retail: $105.95 US D)

Organic Eyelift Serum with 24K Gold

I love the expression, “Good as gold,” and this anti-aging eye cream falls under that category. It consists of a luxurious blend of olive oil, essential oils and organic plant extracts, plus this serum comes with a packet of pure, absorbable 24K gold flakes! It is more than 95 percent organic (which I love) and it is made in the USA (which I love even more!). (Retail price: $32.95 US D)

Betsey Johnson Dress, Sleeveless Heart Print from the Betsey Johnson 2013 Dress Collection

Available at Macy’s, this confetti-inspired heart print and draped silhouette give Betsey Johnson’s cocktail dress an exuberant dose of energy. Made of polyester with a high neckline with a draped detail at shoulder and hip, this delightfully fun dress is lined and hits at the thigh. (Retail: $108 US D)

Paloma Picasso Olive Leaf Pendant from Tiffany & Co.

Inspired by the olive branch, a symbol of peace and abundance, this 30″ pendant on a chain is sterling silver and designed by Paloma Picasso. This beautiful necklace isn’t cheap (Retail: $450 US D). Give peace a chance, indeed!
