I felt more open and the need to keep s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g, both physically and mentally! I reached out to Kathryn via email to thank her for lifting my spirit. She was kind and gracious to answer several questions that I included in my thank you note. For those of you who haven’t heard of Kathryn, she is an an international yoga teacher and writer who created Aim True Yoga and co-founded of Poses for Paws. She has been featured in Yoga Journal, Women’s Health, The New York Times, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal…and now she can even add OliveOyl.com to her extensive media list.
